নিজেকে একজন ফ্রীলাঞ্চের হিসাবে গড়ে তুলতে পারে।একজন ফ্রীলাঞ্চের হিসাবে
গড়ে তুলতে তার সঠিক নির্দেশনার দরকার তার জন্য তাকে কোন কোর্সে ভর্তি হতে
হবে। কোর্সে ভর্তি না হয়ে আপনি কাজ শিকতে পারেন, তার জন্য আপনাকে Google,
Youtube , Forum, Article এর সাহায্য শিকতে পারেন।
- ফ্রিল্যান্সিং মানেই আপওয়ার্ক, ইল্যান্স ইত্যাদি জায়গাতে কাজ করা।
- ফ্রিল্যান্সিং করার জন্য খুব বেশি যোগ্যতার দরকার নাই।
- ফ্রিল্যান্সিং করার জন্য অসাধারণ গুণের অধিকারী হতে হয়।
- ফ্রিল্যান্সিং চাকুরি কিংবা পড়ালেখার পাশাপাশি পার্টটাইম চাকুরি হতে পারে, ফুলটাইম না।

- ইন্টারনেটের উপর জীবনকে নির্ভরশীল করতে পারলে ফ্রিল্যান্সিং সফল হবেন।
- প্রচন্ড ইচ্ছাশক্তি ছাড়া কিছুতেই সফল হওয়া যায়না।
- ধৈয্য শক্তি এ সেক্টরের জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

অনলাইনে মূলত সবচাইতে বেশি কাজ পাওয়ার সুযোগ রয়েছে যে যে সেক্টরগুলোতে সেগুলো হলো:
গ্রাফিক ডিজাইন, এসইও, অ্যাফিলিয়েট মার্কেটিং, ওয়েবডিজাইন, ইমেইল মার্কেটিং, অ্যাপস ডেভেলপমেন্ট, ভিডিও অ্যাডিটিং, আর্টিকেল রাইটিং ইত্যাদি।
গ্রাফিক ডিজাইন:
যে কোন কোম্পানীর লোগো, ব্রুশিয়ার থেকে শুরু করে অন্যান্য প্রিন্টিং জাতীয় সকল প্রোডাক্ট গ্রাফিক ডিজাইনাররা তৈরি করেন। আবার যে কোন ওয়েবডিজাইনের শুরুতে কিংবা ভিডিও অ্যাডিটিংয়ের কাজে কিংবা অ্যানিমিশন প্রজেক্টের ক্ষেত্রেও গ্রাফিক ডিজাইনারদের প্রয়োজন। এমনকি এসইও প্রজেক্টের গ্রাফিক ডিজাইনারদের সাহায্য প্রয়োজন হয়। এটুকু তথ্যই গ্রাফিক ডিজাইনারদের চাহিদা কেমন বুঝার জন্য যথেষ্ট।
এসইও:
বর্তমানে মানুষজন তাদের বেশির ভাগ প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়গুলো খুজে বের করার জন্য গুগলে সার্চ দেয়। গুগলের উপর নির্ভরশীলতা মানুষের দৈনন্দিন কাজকে আরও বেশি সহজ করে দিচ্ছে। যদি কোন কোম্পানী তার সার্ভিস কিংবা প্রোডাক্টকে সম্ভাব্য ভোক্তার সার্চের সময় চোখের সামনে নিয়ে আসতে পারে, তাহলে সেই সার্ভিসটি বিক্রি হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা অনেক বেড়ে যায়। আর এ কাজটিকেই বলে সার্চ ইঞ্জিন অপটিমাইজেশন, সংক্ষেপে এসইও। বর্তমানে অনলাইনে মানুষের নির্ভরশীলতা বেড়ে যাওয়ার কারনে সকল কোম্পানী তাদের সার্ভিসকে প্রচারের জন্য অনলাইনকেই সবচাইতে বেশি ব্যবহার করছে। আর সেজন্য যেকোন প্রতিষ্ঠানের ব্যবসায়িকভাবে উন্নতির জন্য এসইও এক্সপার্টদের উপর নির্ভর করতে হচ্ছে। এসইও এক্সাপার্টদের কাজের ক্ষেত্রগুলো সেজন্য অনেক বেশি।
অ্যাফিলিয়েট মার্কেটিং:
কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানের অনুমতি নিয়ে তাদের মার্কেটিং করে দিলে এবং সেক্ষেত্রে প্রতিটা প্রোডাক্ট কিংবা সার্ভিসের বিক্রির টাকা হতে একটা অংশ পেলে এ বিষয়টাকে অ্যাফিলিয়েট মার্কেটিং বলে। আন্তর্জাতিক বহু বড় বড় প্রতিষ্ঠান তাদের ব্যবসাকে আরো বেশি বড় করার জন্য অ্যাফিলিয়েট মার্কেটিং সিস্টেম চালু রেখেছে। বাংলাদেশে অ্যামাজন অ্যাফিলিয়েট, ক্লিক ব্যাংক অ্যাফিলিয়েট অনেক বেশি জনপ্রিয়।
ওয়েব ডেভেলপমেন্ট:
আধুনিকযুগে প্রতিটা প্রতিষ্ঠানের ওয়েবসাইট অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় হয়ে দাড়িয়েছে। এছাড়া অনলাইনেই তৈরি হচ্ছে নিউজ পোর্টাল, টিভি, কমিউনিটি সাইট, ব্লগসহ আরো বিভিন্ন ধরনের সাইট। এক হিসেব অনুযায়ি সারাবিশ্বে প্রতি মিনিটে ৫৬২টি করে নতুন ওয়েবসাইট চালু হচ্ছে। এ তথ্যটি ওয়েব ডেভেলপমেন্টের কাজের সম্ভাবনা বুঝতে সহজ করে দিবে আশা করছি।
মার্কেটপ্লেসগুলোতে ওয়েবডিজাইন সম্পর্কিত কাজগুলোর প্রতি ঘন্টার রেট গ্রাফিকস কিংবা এসইও সম্পর্কিত কাজের তুলনায় বেশি হয়ে থাকে।
ইমেইল মার্কেটিং:
অনলাইনে মার্কেটিংয়ের জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি মাধ্যম হচ্ছে ইমেইল মার্কেটিং। মার্কেট প্লেসে আয়, অ্যাফিলিয়েট মার্কেটিংয়ে সফলতার জন্য, কিংবা নিজের বা অন্যের কোন ব্যবসার প্রমোশনের কাজের জন্য এটি শিখতে পারেন। কিংবা গ্রাফিক, ওয়েব ডিজাইনের কাজ যোগাড় করার জন্য ইমেইল মার্কেটিংয়ের জ্ঞানটি অনেক বেশি উপকারে আসবে।
অ্যাপস ডেভেলপমেন্ট:
যারা প্রোগ্রামিংয়ে মোটামুটি ধারণা আছে, তাদের জন্য আমার সবসময়ের পরামর্শ থাকে অ্যাপস ডেভেলপমেন্ট শিখে নিন। স্মার্টফোনের ব্যবহার বেড়ে যাচ্ছে মানে অ্যাপস ডেভেলপারদের চাহিদাও বেড়ে যাচ্ছে। ভবিষ্যতে এ সেক্টরটির অনেক চাহিদা থাকবে। মার্কেটপ্লেসগুলোতে এ ধরনের কাজের প্রতিযোগীতা কম থাকে এবং কাজের প্রতি ঘন্টা রেটও অনেক বেশি হয়।
ভিডিও অ্যাডিটিং:
যারা ভিডিও তৈরি কিংবা অ্যাডিটিং সম্পর্কিত কাজ জানেন, তারাও অনলাইনে ক্যারিয়ার গড়ার দিকে এখন নজর দিতে পারে। কারণ এসইও, অ্যাডসেন্স ইনকাম কিংবা অ্যাফিলিয়েশনের আয়ের জন্য বর্তমানে ভিডিও অ্যাডিটিংয়ের কাজ জানা থাকলে অনেক ভাল হয়্। আর বর্তমানে একটা অংশ গুগলে কোন কিছু সার্চ না দিয়ে ইউটিউবেই সার্চ বেশি দেয়। ইউটিউবে সার্চ বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে মানে ভিডিও অ্যাডিটিংয়ের জ্ঞান এখন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হয়ে উঠছে।

ইংরেজি জ্ঞান ভাল থাকলে এবং লেখালেখির অভ্যাস থাকলে শুধুমাত্র আর্টিকেল রাইটার হিসেবেই অনলাইনে অনেক ব্যস্ত ক্যারিয়ার গড়ে তোলা সম্ভব। মার্কেটপ্লেসগুলো আর্টিকেল রাইটিং, রিরাইটিং সম্পর্কিত কাজগুলো অনেক বেশি থাকে। তাছাড়া এ অভ্যাসকে কাজে লাগিয়ে ব্লগিং করার মাধ্যমেও আয় করা যায়।
উপরে মূলত প্রধান কিছু বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা করলাম। আরো অনেক কিছু শিখেও অনলাইনে ভাল ক্যারিয়ার গড়ে তোলা সম্ভব।
এ কাজগুলো জোগাড় করার জন্য বিভিন্ন মার্কেটপ্লেস রয়েছে। তাছাড়া সোশ্যালমিডিয়াকে ব্যবহার করে, ব্লগিং করে কিংবা ইমেইল মার্কেটিংয়ের মাধ্যমে অনেক বায়ার খুজে বের করা যায়।
ফ্রিল্যান্সিং বিষয়টি কি?
অনলাইনের এ যুগে বেকার শব্দটি বদ্দ বেশি বেমানান। কারণ অনলাইন সারা বিশ্বকে

ইন্টারনেট। এ ইন্টারনেট সারা বিশ্বকে ছোট করে নিয়ে আসার পরই চলে এসেছে
বিশাল বড় পরিবর্তন। সারা বিশ্বে ছোট ছোট কোম্পানীগুলোর পাশাপাশি বড় বড়
কোম্পানীগুলোও ভাবা শুরু করেছে, তাদের কাজের জন্য সকল স্টাফকে অফিসে নিয়ে
এনে বসানোর দরকার নেই। খরচ কমানোর পরিকল্পনাতে তারা সারাবিশ্বের বিভিন্ন
দেশ থেকে কাজের জন্য লোক নেওয়া শুরু করল, যারা অফিসে না এসে অন্য দেশে বসে
ঘরে বসেই সব কাজ করা সম্ভব। অনলাইন বিষয়টিকে এতই সহজ করে দিল, যেটার জন্য
এখন আর প্রয়োজন হচ্ছেনা নিজের দেশ ত্যাগ করে, নিজের পরিচিত পরিবেশ,
বন্ধু-আত্নীয়স্বজনকে ত্যাগ করে দূরে চলে গিয়ে অর্থনৈতিকভাবে স্বাবলম্বী
হওয়া। ঘরে বসেই মানুষ এখন বড় বড় কোম্পানীতে চাকুরী করছে। দিনে দিনে এ
সংখ্যা আরো বাড়ছে, সামনে আরও বাড়বে। কারন অনলাইনে কাজ করতে গিয়ে এখনও যা যা
বাধা আছে, সেগুলোও ধীরে ধীরে দূর হয়ে যাচ্ছে। অনলাইনে বসে এরকম কাজ করে
যারা নিজেদের ক্যারিয়ারকে গড়ে তুলেছেন, তাদেরকেই ফ্রিল্যান্সার বলে। আর এ
ধরনের কাজকেই ফ্রিল্যান্সিং বলে।

Creating Shadows for Text in Photoshop

প্রতিযোগিতায়
অংশ নেয়ার সুবিধে অনেক। বিড করে কাজ না পাওয়া পর্যন্ত নিজের যোগ্যতা দেখানোর সুযোগ
থাকে না। প্রতিযোগিতায় সরাসরি ভাল কাজ করে নিজেকে তুলে ধরা যায়। এছাড়া
প্রতিযোগিতার পুরস্কারের অর্থমুল্য সাধারনত বিড করা কাজের থেকে বেশি থাকে।

পেতে পারেন।
ওপেন বনাম
হিডেন কন্টেষ্ট
ওপেন
প্রতিযোগিতায় অন্য প্রতিযোগিরা যে ডিজাইন জমা দিয়েছেন সেগুলি দেখা যায়। ক্লায়েন্ট কোন লোগো পছন্দ করছেন সেটা জানা যায়
তার দেয়া রেটিং থেকে। ফলে একদিকে যেমন লোগো ষ্টাইল সম্পর্কে স্পষ্ট ধারনা পাওয়া
যায় অন্যদিকে ক্লায়েন্টের পছন্দ-অপছন্দ জেনে তারসাথে মানানসই ডিজাইন করা যায়।
এছাড়া কেউ যদি এতটাই ভাল ডিজাইন জমা দেন যারসাথে প্রতিযোগিতা করা সম্ভব না তাহলে
সেই প্রতিযোগিতার বদলে অন্য প্রতিযোগিতার দিকে মনোযোগ দেয়া যায়।
অন্যদিকে হিডেন
বা সিলড কন্টেষ্টে অন্য প্রতিযোগিদের জমা দেয়া ডিজাইন দেখা যায় না। কোন কোন সাইটে
অন্যদের রেটিং জানা যায়, কোন কোন সাইটে সেটাও জানা যায় না (যেমন ফ্রিল্যান্সার)।
হিডেন
কন্টেষ্টের সুবিধে হচ্ছে আপনার ভাল একটি আইডিয়া আরেকজন অনুকরন করে আপনার চেয়ে ভাল
ডিজাইন তৈরী করতে পারে না। যারা ক্রিয়েটিভ কিছু তৈরীতে পারদর্শী তাদের জন্য এগুলি
বেশি উপযোগি।
কোন ডিজাইনার
ষ্টক ইমেজ ব্যবহার করলে বা অন্য ডিজাইন নকল করলে সাধারনত অন্য ডিজাইনাররা সেটা ধরে
ফেলেন। হিডেন কন্টেষ্টে সেই সুযোগ থাকে না। ফলে অনেকে একে ষ্টআর্ট ব্যবহারের সুযোগ
হিসেবে ব্যবহার করেন। মনে রাখা ভাল ষ্টক আর্ট ব্যবহার করলে কোন এক সময় ধরা পড়তেই
হবে।
বিবেচনা করতে
পারেন এভাবে, যদি নিজস্ব ভাল আইডিয়া অনুযায়ী সুন্দর ডিজাইন করতে পারেন তাহলে হিডেন
কন্টেষ্টে অংশ নিন, যদি আইডিয়া খুজে না পান তাহলে ওপেন কন্টেষ্টে অন্যদের ডিজাইন
দেখে ধারনা নিন।
গ্যারান্টিড
বনাম নন গ্যারান্টিড কন্টেষ্ট
গ্যারান্টিড
কন্টেষ্ট অর্থ ডিজাইনাররা যে ডিজাইনগুলি জমা দেবেন ক্লায়েন্ট তারমধ্যে একটি ডিজাইন
নিতে বাধ্য থাকবেন। অন্য কথায়, কিছু টাকা আগেই জমা রাখতে হয়। যদি নিতান্তই কোন
ডিজাইন পছন্দ না হয় এবং তিনি ডিজাইন না নেন তাহলে সেই টাকা সেরা ডিজাইনারদের ভাগ
করে দেয়া হয়।
গ্যারান্টিড
ডিজাইন কন্টেষ্ট তুলনামুলক নিরাপদ। বলে রাখা ভাল অনেক গ্যারান্টিড কন্টেষ্ট থেকেও
ডিজাইন না নেয়ার ঘটনা ঘটে।
অন্যদিকে
নন-গ্যারান্টিড কন্টেষ্ট ক্লায়েন্ট নাও নিতে পারেন। জব ফ্রিল্যান্সিং সাইটগুলি
বিনা টাকায় প্রতিযোগিতা আহ্বান করার সুযোগ দেয়। ফলে এমন ঘটনাও ঘটে যেখানে
ক্লায়েন্ট বিনা খরচে প্রতিযোগিতা আহ্বান করেন, সেখানে জমা দেয়া ডিজাইন থেকে আইডিয়া
সংগ্রহ করেন, এরপর ডিজাইন না নিয়ে সরে যান। এটা এক ধরনের প্রতারনা যা প্রায়ই ঘটে।
কিছূ সত
ক্লায়েন্ট ইচ্ছে করেই গ্যারান্টিড কন্টেষ্ট চালূ করেন না। তাদের যুক্তি, এজন্য যে
টাকা জব সাইটকে দিতে হয় সেই টাকা পুরস্কার হিসেবে ডিজাইনারকে দেবেন। তিনি
পুরস্কারের টাকা কমাতে চান না।
সাধারনভাবে
বিবেচনা করতে পারেন এভাবে, মুলত গ্যারান্টিড কন্টেষ্টে অংশ নেবেন, নন-গ্যারান্টিড
কন্টেষ্টে অংশ নেয়ার সময় ক্লায়েন্টের প্রোফাইল দেখে নেবেন।

বেশি টাকার প্রতিযোগিতা
প্রতিটি সাইটে
প্রতিযোগিতার পুরস্কারের সর্বনিম্ন একটি নির্দিষ্ট করা থাকে। কোথাও ৩০ ডলার কোথাও
৩০০ ডলার। অনেক ক্লায়েন্ট এরথেকে অনেক বেশি পুরস্কার ঘোষনা করেন। স্বাভাবিকভাবেই
ডিজাইনারদের আগ্রহ থাকে বেশি পরিমান পুরস্কারের দিকে।
বিষয়টি এভাবে
দেখতে পারেন, ক্লায়েন্ট অসাধারন কিছু চান বলেই বেশি টাকা দিতে চেয়েছেন। আপনার
কাজকে যদি অসাধারন মনে করেন তবেই এতে অংশ নিন। সমস্যার দিক হচ্ছে এতে অন্য যারা
অংশ নেবেন তাদের অনেকেই বহু বছর ধরে কাজ করছেন, তাদেরকে পেছনে ফেলে পুরস্কার জিততে
হবে।
অন্যদিকে অল্প
টাকার পুরস্কারের অংশ নেয়া প্রতিযোগি কম। সেকারনে পুরস্কার জেতা তুলনামুলক সহজ মনে
হতে পারে। গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইন মার্কেট প্লেস বিষয়ক কিছু কথা
একজন চিত্রশিল্পী।
শুরুতে তাকে দেখা যায় খবরের কাগজ হাতে। সেটা যে উল্টোদিকে ধরা সেটাও লক্ষ্য
করেননি। শির্পীরা মনভোলা হন এটাই স্বাভাবিক। আসলে তিনি একটি ছবি আকা নিয়ে চিন্তিত।
এক প্রদর্শনীর
জন্য তিনি ছবি আকছেন। তার নিজেরই খুব পছন্দ হল আকার পর। সেটা প্যাকেট করে পাঠিয়ে
ঘরে ফিরলেন। কয়েকদিনের অগোছালো ঘর পরিস্কার করতে গিয়ে তার চক্ষুস্থির। তার ছবিটা
পরে রয়েছে চেয়ারের নিয়ে। ভুল করে অন্যকিছু পোষ্ট করে এসেছেন।
বিক্ষিপ্ত মন
নিয়ে তিনি পরবর্তী কয়েকদিন কাটালেন। একদিন প্রদর্শনীতে গেলেন তেমন আগ্রহ ছাড়াই।
পুরো প্রদর্শনী ঘরে দেখলেন। সবশেষে এসে দাড়ালেন একেবারে শুরুতে পুরস্কার পাওয়া যে
ছবি রয়েছে তার সামনে। তিনি বুঝলেন না সেটা কিসের ছবি। একসময় দৃষ্টি গেল শিল্পীর
নামের দিকে, তার নিজের নাম লেখা।
তিনি কিছুতেই মনে
করতে পারলেন না কখন এই ছবি একেছেন। এরপর হঠাত করে চিনলেন ছবিটাকে। যে কাগজে তিনি
রং পরীক্ষা করতেন এটা সেই কাগজ। ছবির বদলে ভুলে এটাকেই তিনি পাঠিয়েছেন।
এটা গল্প।
বাস্তবে এমন ঘটনা খুব কম নেই। সবচেয়ে বড় উদাহরন নিশ্চয়ই সালভাদর দালি। ব্যঙ্গচিত্র
এবং বিমুর্তচিত্র দুবিষয়েই তিনি বিশ্বখ্যাত। তিনি একেছেন একথা শুনলেই বহু দামে ছবি
বিক্রি হয়। তার বিমুর্ত ছবি আকার বর্ননা দিয়েছেন একজন গৃহকর্মী।

করলেন। বন্দুকে বিভিন্নরকম রং ভরলেন। কয়েক পা দুরে দাড়ালেন। গুলি ছুড়লেন। দুম। হয়ে
গেল ছবি।
ধারনা করতে
পারেন এই ছবির টাকা গুনে তিনি যতটা খুশি হয়েছেন তারচেয়ে বেশি মজা পেয়েছেন যখন তার
ছবির নানারকম ব্যাখ্যা দেয়া হয়েছে।
আপনি যখন গ্রাফিক
ডিজাইনার তখন খুবই সম্ভাবনা এধরনের পরিস্থিতির সামনে পরার। একটা উদাহরন দেখা যাক।
ষ্টিভ জবস সম্পর্কে প্রচলিত গল্প, তিনি পুরনো কিছু যন্ত্রপাতি কিনে পরিত্যক্ত এক
গ্যারেজে ল্যাবরেটরী চালূ করেছিলেন। সেখানে বসে একদিন কোম্পানীর চিন্তা করেন। কি
নাম দেবেন ভাবতে গিয়ে হাতের আধখাওয়া আপেলের নামটাই পছন্দ হল।
বর্তমানের
হিসেব আলাদা। কেউ লোগো ডিজাইন করতে বলার সময় সরাসরি বলে বসেন এপলের মত লোগো চাই।
একজন বিশ্লেষক বৈজ্ঞানিক ব্যাখ্যা দিলেন, প্রযুক্তির প্রতিক হিসেবে আপেলের সাথে
কোনকিছুর তুলনাই হয় না। এই আপেলের কারনে আদম-ইভ স্বর্গ থেকে পৃথিবীতে এসেছেন। এই

লোগো আকলে বললেন, আমার ৬ মাসের ছেলে এরচেয়ে ভালো পারে।
আপনি যখন লোগো
ডিজাইনার তখন এই বিষয়গুলিকে এড়িয়ে যেতে পারেন না। আপনাকে যখন ক্রমাগত বলা হচ্ছে
এপলের মত লোগো চাই, ফেসবুকের মত লোগো চাই, নাইকের মত লোগো চাই, তখন আপনি বিভ্রান্ত
হবেন এটাই স্বাভাবিক।
এক ব্যক্তি
নাকি ষ্টুডিওতে গিয়ে বলেছিলেন, এমনভাবে ছবি উঠান যেন নায়করাজ রাজ্জাক মনে হয়। তিনি
তারহাতে রাজ্জাকের ছবি দিয়ে বলেছিলেন, নিচে নিজের নাম লিখে নিন।
একাজ করলে আপনি
নিজে মজা পেতে পারেন, টাকা পাবেন না।
সমাধান খুজতে
পারেন এভাবে। তিনি কি বলেছেন সেকথা ভুলে যান। নিজেই ভাবুন কিভাবে ভাল লোগো ডিজাইন
করা যেতে পারে। কি ভেবে সেটা একেছেন তাকে জানান। এতে যদি কাজ না হয় ডিজাইন রেখে
দিন। অন্যকেউ পছন্দ করবেন। শিবরামের সেই গল্পের কথা মনে করতে পারেন। তেল কিনেছেন
চুল ওঠা বন্ধ করার জন্য। সকালে ঘুম থেকে উঠে দেখলেন মাথার সমস্ত চুল পরচুলার মত
খসে গেছে।
কি আর করবেন।
একজন বাতব্যথার রোগির কাছে বাকি তেলটা বিক্রি করে দিলেন।স্কাইপিতে বন্ধুর সাথে কথা বলুন, আপনি বলবেন বাংলায়, কিন্তু সে শুনবে ইংলিশ কিংবা তার ভাষায় (ভিডিও সহ)
